How does it work?
This integration works by embedding Box’s UI & capabilities into ServiceNow’s interface. With the two systems merged, users will be able to generate files, send files out for signature (internally or externally) & interact with these files fully (search, download, preview etc.) without leaving ServiceNow. Workflows and processes are automated, creating workspaces for specific documents within ServiceNow generated through Box’s REST API.
